Booking Policy

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be applied toward your total balance at the time of your appointment. Deposit amounts will be displayed at the time of booking.

Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.

Previous PMU Disclosure

Clients with any previous permanent makeup in the treated area must disclose this information before booking and are required to schedule a complimentary consultation prior to any service. Failure to disclose prior work may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment if the remaining time does not allow the procedure to be performed safely and properly. In such cases, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Touch-Up Policy

Initial procedures may require a touch-up session to achieve the desired healed result. Complimentary touch-up appointments included with initial procedures must be scheduled within the recommended timeframe provided at your appointment. Additional fees may apply for appointments scheduled outside the recommended timeframe or for clients returning after an extended period.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of permanent makeup services, all services rendered are non-refundable. Results may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, and healing response. Dissatisfaction with healed results does not qualify for a refund.

Results Disclaimer

Permanent makeup is a multi-step process and healed results cannot be guaranteed. Retention, color, and overall outcome vary based on individual skin characteristics, health conditions, lifestyle factors, previous procedures, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Additional sessions may be needed to achieve the desired result.

Right to Refuse Service

Glow Elite PMU reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if a client is deemed not suitable for a procedure due to health conditions, skin concerns, undisclosed prior work, or any circumstance that may compromise the safety or integrity of the treatment.
