Cancellation Policy
At Glow Elite PMU, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To respect both your time and the preparation required for every procedure, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service. This policy applies regardless of promotional pricing, discounts, model rates, or gift cards.
Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling involved in permanent makeup procedures, we are often unable to fill appointments on short notice. For this reason, cancellation fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future appointments.
Exceptions may only be considered in the case of illness or emergency with appropriate documentation.
In the event of severe weather conditions, cancellation fees may be waived if travel is considered unsafe.
Late Arrival
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment if the remaining time does not allow the procedure to be performed safely and properly. In such cases, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee outlined above.
