Terms & Conditions

Glow Elite PMU

Thank you for choosing Glow Elite PMU. These Terms & Conditions are designed to create clarity, mutual respect, and a refined experience for every client. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit reserves your dedicated time and is applied toward the final cost of your service. Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit has been received. Deposits reflect the time, preparation, and intention behind each session — and allow us to honor every client with focused, unhurried care.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Rescheduling within this window allows your deposit to be transferred once to a new appointment date, within 60 days. Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or missed appointments, result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy allows us to maintain a calm, intentional schedule and reserve time for every client with care.

Late Arrivals

To preserve the quality and timing of every appointment, please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit policy will apply. Permanent makeup is a refined, multi-step process that requires its full window of time. Arriving on time honors both the procedure and the integrity of the result.

Results & Healing Disclaimer

Permanent makeup is a customized, artistic procedure performed on living skin. While every service is approached with intention, precision, and the highest standards of care, final healed results may vary from client to client. Factors that influence healing include skin type, lifestyle, age, medications, aftercare compliance, and individual healing response. Glow Elite PMU does not guarantee specific results, as the skin retains and heals pigment uniquely for every individual. Additional sessions may be recommended depending on pigment retention, skin response, and individual healing outcomes. While every effort is made to achieve balance and harmony, healed results may vary naturally due to facial asymmetry, skin characteristics, and individual healing patterns.

Our commitment is to provide refined, intentional work — and to support each client through every stage of the healing process.

Previous Permanent Makeup

Clients with existing permanent makeup must disclose any previous work prior to booking. Photos may be requested in advance to assess whether a new procedure is appropriate. In some cases, working over previous pigment is not recommended, and removal or fading sessions may be required before any new work can begin. This protects the skin and ensures the most refined possible healed result. The decision to proceed remains at the discretion of the artist.

Medical Eligibility

Permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone. Clients are responsible for honestly disclosing all relevant medical information, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, recent procedures, and any chronic or active conditions. Certain conditions require written clearance from a physician prior to treatment. Glow Elite PMU reserves the right to decline or postpone service if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Eligibility may be reassessed at the time of the appointment based on current medical conditions, medications, or active skin concerns. This protects your health, your healing, and the integrity of your final result.

Touch-Ups

A 6–8 week complimentary touch-up is included with most initial services and is intended to refine the work after the first full healing cycle. The complimentary touch-up must be scheduled within 90 days of the original appointment. Touch-ups scheduled beyond this window will be considered a separate service and priced accordingly. Additional touch-ups, refresh sessions, or color boosts are available at standard pricing.

Aftercare Responsibility

Healing is a process — and your results depend significantly on how the skin is cared for after the procedure. Each client receives detailed aftercare instructions tailored to their service. Following these instructions is essential to support a calm, predictable healing process and to protect the longevity of the work.

Glow Elite PMU is not responsible for results affected by aftercare non-compliance, premature picking, exposure to contraindicated activities, or the use of skincare products not approved for the treated area.

Pricing & Service Adjustments

All pricing reflects the time, expertise, and quality of materials behind each service. Pricing is subject to change as the business evolves, though current booked appointments will always honor the rate at the time of deposit.

Services may be adjusted, refined, or restructured as the studio continues to grow. Any significant updates will be communicated clearly through the website or directly with affected clients.

Website & Content

All content on this website — including text, photography, healed results, brand voice, course material, and visual identity — is the property of Glow Elite PMU and is protected by copyright.

Photos taken during or after a service may be used for portfolio, educational, or marketing purposes, always with discretion and respect for the client. Clients who prefer not to have their images shared may opt out in writing at any time.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment with Glow Elite PMU, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms exist to create clarity, protect the integrity of every service, and honor the trust between artist and client.

Thank you for choosing Glow Elite PMU — where refined permanent makeup meets lasting beauty.
